01What's the difference between DocFocus and Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise?
DocFocus is not another AI system: it is the enrichment layer that feeds them. Without DocFocus, these AI systems see your documents as they are: poorly structured, missing context and missing metadata. With DocFocus, they receive a query-ready knowledge base, which reduces hallucinations and improves answer relevance.
DocFocus complements your AI. It does not replace it.
02How long before we see the first results?
We can start with a demonstration on one of your own documents. Then we process a first pilot corpus (10 to 50 documents) in a few days. You measure impact right away through a before/after semantic coverage score and an AI answer test on 20 to 30 representative queries.

03Will our data leave our environment?
